Buh-bye, Catherine Parr. Your colorwork was wonderful, but your shape and fit sucked dog paws.
The yarn will be gorgeous in some other project, I'm sure. I have a few patterns in mind. A leading contender now is Knots and Bark by Fiona Ellis. Here's a picture swiped from ravelry, chosen because you can easily see the color breakouts. I was thinking the dark green for the body and sleeves and the light green for the bodice, but then I will need a third color for that accent work at the neck and bodice. Anyone have any suggestions? Would a creamy white work?

A creamy white would be lovely! A mid grey would also be nice but maybe a bit too tone in tone?
If you want to try a complete contrast then a blue (say a royal blue?) or even an emerald green would look absolutely gorgeous! If you like pink then a soft raspberry pink could be good too. This project is going to be great!
Oh whoops sorry: I saw the dark green yarn as either very dark grey or black. Forget about the blue suggestion then. I still stand by the other colours though.
Love your title for this post - LOL
Bummer. But, best to cut your losses now. I think the new tunic looks very cute and wearable. But, you know, tunics are not flattering, generally.....
I'm thinking about knitting Elizabeth from Tudor Roses.
A deep crimson red could be good... but then again, it might feel a bit Christmassy.
I'm not properly awake yet. If I think of anything else when the brain wakes up, I'll let you know!
Oh thank God! I've been waiting for her De-Parr-ture! I don't have to finish mine now either! Hip hip hooray.
It would look like shit on me too; it would suck skunk paws.
