Isn't it awesome when you realize it's not your fault? I get SO frustrated sometimes trying to figure certain things out or get them going.. and then I'll even contact support and get the old "oh well it must be something you did" even when I KNOW IT ISNT! So it's nice when someone can admit it's their fault :D
